One ladder
Enter where you are
Strategy and governance are one engagement, matched to where you stand. The Diagnostic can sort you onto the ladder. The Consigliere is a separate product and is not included in these fees. Founder-led, and never general consulting.
The ladder
No matter where your organization stands in its AI adoption, we can help. Strategy and governance are one engagement; you enter at the rung that fits you. The Diagnostic can sort you onto the ladder. The two strategy products, the AI Roadmap and the Deployment Blueprint, stand alone. The governance tiers are fixed-scope. Fellowship Emissaries has no Diagnostic gate. The Consigliere is a separate product and is not included in, required by, or priced into any Fellowship Intelligence engagement.
1Diagnostic
$500 fixed. A 60-minute advisor evaluation with no gate. A short, structured conversation that maps where AI is already operating in your business, who is using what, and where the exposure actually sits. You get a written read of your position and a straight call on whether anything more is warranted. If it is not, we tell you and stop there.
2AI Roadmap
$4,500 fixed. No agentic split. A scored review of where AI sits across your organization and what decisions your leadership team has not made yet, delivered with your first governance guardrails already set and a prioritized roadmap you can align around and act on. One engagement, not a menu of separate steps.
3The Deployment Blueprint
$9,500, or $11,000 with one or more agentic decision objects. Built for one specific, active, high-stakes AI decision already in front of you, not a broad readiness scan. You receive a documented decision, with the risk and any regulated-data exposure mapped, that your leadership team can execute from directly.
4Assurance Assessment
Organization-wide discovery plus deep workflow analysis, scoped in writing at signing. A formal, scored evaluation of where AI creates risk across five areas of your organization. Delivered as a written report your board, insurer, auditor, and counsel can rely on, with explicit recommendations and, where warranted, a scoped path into Governance Build.
5Governance Build
Requires a completed Assurance Assessment and is scoped after that assessment. The governance operating model built into your live workflows: written policy, defined controls, clear ownership, approval and escalation paths, and ongoing monitoring. This is where governance stops being a document and starts running day to day. Start with the Assurance Assessment.
6Fellowship Emissaries
Embedded AI Governance Leadership: Build, two days a week; Transition, one day a week. No Diagnostic gate. A Chief AI Officer from our team, an Emissary, who runs your AI governance function, holds scoped decision authority over the governance system itself, and builds your own people to take it over. Goal: no longer than six months each. You stay in charge of every business, personnel, and legal decision throughout.
7AI Sustainment Program
Two entry paths: after a completed Governance Build or an Emissaries exit, or after a self-implemented Deployment Blueprint. The ongoing assurance layer that keeps your governance system current and defensible. Regular review as your AI use, the regulations, and the risk actually change, so the system stays live instead of going stale.
DIY Starter
$300, one time. The self-guided version of the advisor-led AI Roadmap starting point: a template workbook and a step-by-step written walkthrough guide for running a lightweight pass of the Standard yourself. No advisor time. It sits below the AI Roadmap and above the free Decision Ownership Check.
Executive Sessions
Get materially better at using AI in your business, privately, without doing it in front of staff. $2,500 half-day, $4,000 full-day, or $6,500 for a quarterly series of three half-days. Personal AI Playbook add-on $1,500 per named individual. Leadership only, room capped at eight. No referral fee. Overflow above eight routes to a Keynote.
The Consigliere
The Consigliere is a separate operating application from The Consigliere LLC. It is not included in, required by, or priced into any Fellowship Intelligence engagement. Until it is generally available it is not promised as part of advisory work.
How pricing and scope work
The five self-serve rungs list a public price: DIY Starter ($300), Diagnostic ($500), AI Roadmap ($4,500), Deployment Blueprint ($9,500, or $11,000 with one or more agentic decision objects), and Executive Sessions ($2,500 half-day / $4,000 full-day / $6,500 quarterly series / $1,500 Playbook add-on). Assurance Assessment, Governance Build, the AI Sustainment Program, and Fellowship Emissaries are scoped in writing; they do not carry a listed public price. Pricing on the listed rungs is founder-set and not negotiated. We take a limited number of clients each quarter.
Where a need falls outside our lane, custom software, legal opinions, or permanent hiring, we bring in a vetted partner and stay your quarterback. The AI Sustainment Program and the Fellowship Emissaries track are defined, maturity-gated retainers, not open-ended engagements. The Consigliere is a separate product and is not included in these fees.
