The Consigliere is a separate operating application from The Consigliere LLC. It is not included in, required by, or priced into any Fellowship Intelligence engagement. Standing up how AI should be used in your business takes real time and budget: the strategy, the controls, the ownership. The Consigliere is the always-on layer that puts all of it into daily use, so your team works the system safely and effectively instead of reverting to old habits. Until it is generally available it is not promised as part of advisory work.
The app is the operating layer beneath the Standard. Your team, and where engaged your Emissary, use it to run AI decisions day to day: capture them, control them, and keep the record a board, insurer, or auditor would accept. It is powered by The Consigliere, our knowledge-and-governance system, tuned for teams.

Oversight, escalation, and incident notes are captured as you go, so the audit trail is a by-product of the work rather than a scramble before a review.
Carry the handoff
The Consigliere is how your internal team absorbs the function. It operationalizes the Standard, so the step-down from an Emissary to your own owners is a system, not tribal knowledge.

The Consigliere is owned and operated by The Consigliere LLC, a separate entity. Subscribe on its own at theaiconsigliere.com. It is not included in Fellowship Intelligence engagement fees. Until it is generally available it is not promised as part of advisory work. Standalone plans run from a free tier to enterprise; pricing is being finalized ahead of launch.
