What it is: A short, structured conversation. We map the AI surface area in your organization: who is using what, where decisions are happening, and what is already exposed. The output is a written read of where you are, what is at risk, and whether an Assessment is warranted.
Who it's for: Founders, CEOs, general counsel, CISOs, and chief risk officers who want a fast, honest read on their AI exposure before committing to a larger engagement.
What you receive: A written diagnostic read: your AI surface area, where the exposure sits, and a clear recommendation on whether a formal Assessment is warranted. If it is not, we say so.
Engagement format: Fixed-fee, prepaid, and time-boxed. A structured conversation, then a written read delivered shortly after.
What it credits toward: The Diagnostic fee carries forward. If the read points to the next step on the ladder, the fee is credited toward the Assurance Assessment, the AI Roadmap, or the Deployment Blueprint, whichever it recommends. If it points instead to the self-serve DIY Starter, $50 of the fee carries over as a credit toward that kit.
Outcome: A clear, honest starting point, and a decision on whether to go further made on evidence rather than assumption.
