Partners

We work in both directions, and we stay narrow on purpose

Most businesses that need AI governance are already working with someone they trust. An accountant, an attorney, a fractional executive, a technology partner. You see the exposure before we do. We are where it goes next.

Refer a client

If you advise a business running AI without the governance to match, touching regulated data, making decisions it cannot defend, or operating tools no one formally approved, that is our work, not another thing for you to carry.

We stay in one lane, AI. We help leadership decide how AI should be used, install the controls and ownership that make those decisions defensible, and, when a client needs it, provide the Chief AI Officer who runs the function until their own team can take it over. What we do not touch is your work: the bookkeeping, the legal opinions, the marketing, the builds. Your client comes back to you, and the relationship stays yours.

The Consigliere is a separate product and is not included in Fellowship Intelligence engagement fees.

Work we refer out

We stay narrow to AI itself: the strategy, the governance system, and, when it is needed, the Chief AI Officer to run it.

Everything around that we hand to partners we trust: data management, marketing, websites, software development, AI implementation, legal opinions, third-party validations and certifications. Even when our embedded Chief AI Officer directs the work, the building stays with your team, the implementation partner, or the vendor. We direct and own the governance; we do not take the build. A client who comes to us for governance leaves with the right people for the rest.

If you work in one of these and hold to a standard that matches ours, we want to know you.

How it works

Refer through a simple agreement

Referrals run through a simple agreement. For engagements beyond the Diagnostic it can include a fee, structured to fit your situation and your profession's rules, and set directly with us.
