The AI Roadmap

Where AI sits in your organization, scored, and whether you are operating with or without a governance position, delivered with your first guardrails and a prioritized plan you can align around and defend. One engagement, not a menu of separate steps.

$4,500 fixed. No agentic split.
What it is
A structured, scored review of where AI currently sits in your organization, what decisions leadership has not made yet, and whether you are operating with or without a governance position, delivered in one pass with your first guardrails already set and a prioritized roadmap.
Who it's for
Founders, CEOs, and managing partners at one of two moments: AI is already moving through the business and no one has set a position, or it is not yet in use and the question is whether and how to bring it in. Current AI usage does not qualify or disqualify a buyer. There is no minimum and no maximum in either direction, and a client already running a live AI deployment is not re-routed to another engagement first.
What you receive
A written AI Roadmap: an AI usage map across your business (authorized and shadow usage), a governance maturity score across four dimensions, a risk exposure summary with severity classifications, and a strategic alignment assessment. Plus the starting instruments, an AI use policy, decision rights, and inventory and risk register templates from the Standard, and a prioritized roadmap of what to decide and do next. Findings are scored.
Engagement format
Fixed-fee, prepaid. A capped strategy sprint: four sessions across approximately two to three weeks, with two internal work blocks. A 90-minute leadership intake and kickoff, a 60-to-90-minute stakeholder and usage-mapping session, a 2-to-3 business-day research and scoring block, a 60-to-90-minute research review session to validate the read with your leadership before anything is finalized, a 1-to-2 business-day finalization block, and a 60-to-90-minute delivery and handoff session presenting your finalized roadmap and confirming ownership of it and your first guardrails.
Included check-in
One follow-up check-in at 90 days after delivery, included in the fixed fee, no separate line item. It reviews each scorecard's actual value against its baseline and target and records what happened, whether the target was hit, missed, or partially moved. No outcome guaranteed; the check-in reports the result, not a promise.
Outcome
A scored position, your first guardrails in place, and a roadmap your leadership team can align around, act on, and defend.
What we don't do here
We don't select tools, build systems, configure workflows, or advise on which AI products to buy. We assess where you are, score what we find, set your starting guardrails, and tell you what you need to decide next.
