The Deployment Blueprint

Structured advisory for one specific, active, high-stakes AI decision or deployment. One question, answered rigorously, and the design for what you do about it, delivered as a documented decision your leadership team can execute from.

$9,500, or $11,000 with one or more agentic decision objects. The uplift is a single flat step and does not scale with the count.
What it is
Structured advisory for a specific, active, high-stakes AI decision. Not a broad readiness scan. One question, answered rigorously.
Who it's for
Organizations with a specific AI initiative, tool deployment, or governance change that must be decided with confidence. Complex, risk-averse, or scaled organizations where a wrong decision carries material consequences. Current AI usage does not qualify or disqualify a buyer. There is no minimum and no maximum in either direction, and a client already running a live deployment is not re-routed to another engagement first.
What you receive
A written Deployment Blueprint: a clear decision statement or framework with conditions for each path; the designed target state for the deployment, covering permitted scope of use, ownership and decision rights, the validation and human review points, the escalation path, and what gets recorded; a map of where the decision and the tool create risk and touch regulated data; a research findings summary; a readiness assessment; and a partner referral map.
Engagement format
Fixed-fee, prepaid. Six sessions across approximately eight to ten business days, anchored by two 48-business-hour research and synthesis blocks.
Included check-in
One follow-up check-in, timed to the deployment's own expected results window (set at Session 1), included in the fixed fee. It reviews the deployment's actual KPI values against the outcome statement named at Session 1 and records the result. No outcome guaranteed.
Outcome
A documented decision your leadership team can execute from, with referrals to the right partners for what comes next.
Design, not installation
The Deployment Blueprint produces the design: the target state, written down, with the reasoning behind it. Building that design into your live workflows is Governance Build, and it is scoped and priced separately. Taking the design is not a commitment to have us install it.
What we don't do here
We don't select your tools, build systems, or implement recommendations. We identify your regulatory exposure and flag what needs legal review; we do not interpret the law or determine compliance.
